Midwest Swing Parts 2 and 3

We've been playing some SERIOUS catch up since we got back home! It always amazes me how one week of traveling can through you off...piles of laundry, unpacking, the BIG Christmas takedown, cleaning, etc. etc. Regardless of all the do's, Jared and I reflected on our trip during our drive home and we both agreed that our trip was worth every minute. I'm such a HUGE family person so seeing everyone was an amazing treat!

Granny Smith and Auntie Zoom treated us to a day at Incredible Pizza (Chuck E. Cheese on steroids!) It was a huge hit for all.

Who would know that a chair that shakes, vibrates, and jerks you around would be sooo much fun!

How cute are they?!?!

Landon has always had a special gift with music and once he discovered a REAL piano it was love at first sight!

What do you do in Chicago when it's 5 degrees, snowing, and grey?

Bundle the kiddos up with Grandma K's arsenal of snow gear and head to the sledding hill!

Thank you to everyone for a wonderful Christmas vacation! We are beyond blessed to have you all in our lives!

Hey Sam! Looks like you guys had a wonderful time! It's so nice to see pictures of everyone smiling so big! We wish we would have had more time in DC to catch up with your family, but we hope you have an amazing 2010 and maybe we'll catch you sometime in the new year!

I'm sure I speak for all the Family- here's a BIG Thank You for the sacrifice you all made traveling all that distance. The Raftery Quad has add SOOOO much JOY to OUR holidays as well. Love your pictures! They are worth 1000 words. It's going to be a fabulous 2010.
