GIRL or BOY POWER

I've been the WORST blogger over the last month! In all honesty, I think we all go through seasons of pure busyness and the last thing we have time for is reflection. It sounds terrible I know! I've taken pics over the last month only to find I never get to uploading them let alone doing a blog. I miss it so much but there are times when priority's take over and unfortunately this has not been one of them! Long story short, I hope I can take the time to blog about our life because it's something that "Sam" truly enjoys doing!

On a WHOLE other note....I'm officially 5 months along and feeling great. My energy is back and we are sooo sooo excited about numero tres. Kennedy has been convinced that we are having a girl along with everyone else except ME. Before I told my mom I was pregnant she actually saw a pink embryo in the moon (it sounds a bit crazy but in some way extremely fascinating)! So while everyone was saying girl, girl, girl I had my own ideas that it was ALL boy. I'm carrying low and from previous ultrasounds I swore I saw a little you know what! Well the anticipation ended today with a bet between Jared and I. If it was a BOY, I got my Chinese lunch and if it was a GIRL, Jared got his beloved Chipotle.

drum roll please....
*
CHIPOTLE it was!!!!

We are proud to announce that we are having another sweet little girl!

If your not an ultrasound tech, this picture may look a bit off. Our midwife only printed the picture of the "girl parts" so there is no head, arms, etc. in this image. Her leg is on the left side with her rump on the right (the part that looks like a circle). We originally thought we were 18 weeks at this point but our midwife confirmed we are 20 weeks along.

Baby name game here we come!

YEAH!! Lol- just goes to show you maybe we can be wrong in thinking "we know what it is by how we are carrying":)
Looks like Miss K got her wish... and I have a lot of little girl winter clothes to let you borrow!

Sam, I'm so happy for you all! I love that you and your mom are so connected. That is a very special story to be able to tell this little girl someday. I'm excited to see what you name her, as I love your taste in names!

Happy to see you blogging again, but as you said, sometimes life doesn't leave time for blogging. Well, said.

GIRL!!!! YAY!!! Fun clothes here you come! :) It's funny because this last pregnancy everyone told me (even after we found out girl) that they thought I was having a boy because of how I was carrying. So much so that I got nervous! :) I'm so happy for all of you, so fun to know!

For those who don't know the story, Sam was staying with me for a short 5 days in Dec while Jared was in Afghanistan. It was a Saturday night and I was returning to the Mill from a wine tasting-In the sky I saw the most incredible breathtaking looking moon and I called Sam and Meaghan and told them they need to go outside to see the 'pink embryo moon' It was awesome. Sam was a little quiet -when I got home I found out she had just taken her pregnacy test and she had not told me she was even thinking she was pregnant- Of course I said GIRL!!

Sam!!!!! I am soooo happy to have found you! I was on facebook and your sister had posted something about you having a blogging site so I went on here to see what's what! I am sooooooooooooo unbelievably happy for you! I ALWAYS knew you would be a great mommy!!! And I can't believe that you are having your third one now! Looks like we have definately done a lot of growing up since we were 15 years old, right? Last I had heard from you, you were gonna be getting married in August.... Alot has happened in my life as well but I don't have any children, unfortunately! I have a little niece named "Kayla Lynn", she's named after me for Angie Lynn! My sister ended up getting together with Dave Guel like 3 yrs. ago and they now just bought a house in Chicago,IL. Blue Island to be exact and are moving in after Dave finishes the remodeling! I am with the same guy I've been with for like 10 years! We have an apartment in Riverside,IL..... ... we're actually engaged but just havent decided on a date yet... I'm currently going to school full-time for cosmetology in Palos Hills and will be done in about 10 months! My fiance works like 70-80 hours per week so that I don't have to work and I can just concentrate on my schooling... ... he's a good man! He's a crew manager for a car detailing place...he's actually waiting for me to finish my schooling and then he is going to go to school for construction, he's already got some of the classes done but he still has about a year or so of schooling left to become certified...
I am sooo happy for u Sam! U really look happy in your pic's and your kids are absolutely adorable! They look sooo much like their "mamma"! Your husband looks like a really nice man!
Please write me back and let me know how everything is and catch me up on everything new and exciting going on in your life! You can e-mail me at: angelynn80@gmail.com!!
Can't wait to hear back from you!

Love Always,

Angella Jackson
