Anderson/Raftery Trip: Busch Gardens!

We have known the Anderson family for 5 years now and it's been so awesome to have them in both JAX and now DC. Our families have grown together and have shared some amazing memories that I will truly cherish forever. We have gone on numerous trips/outings together and this past weekend we made our way down to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg. Our trip, as always, had some GPS malfunctions but we had a blast and laughed our way through some major detours!

I played around with an app that my friend Beth hearts and I LOVE it!

Our view driving in:)

The kids amused themselves as we waited for tickets...lines were a theme this trip!

Trying to capture all of the kids at once is quite challenging these days! I took what I could get!

The kids seemed to love the Wiggly Worm!

My not so little man!

Cutie Pies!!

Ben got the kudos award for taking on 4 kiddos on this ride...way to go Ben!

A splashing good time!

Love Birds!

Daddy-o has Landon in one of his famous headlocks!

Best buds!

We managed to sneak a pic in which we all know is hard to come by

We found these soccer jerseys on sale...we called them the jail birds!

Part tradition. Part friendly competition. Ben and Jared enjoyed some "manly" games!

Thanks Anderson fam for a fun filled weekend! We had a such an awesome and amusing time! It has been a blessing watching our kiddos grow together!

Granny & Granpy

Granny and Granpy made another visit to DC a few weeks back and I'm FINALLY posting some pictures of our fun filled week. The kids as always had an amazing time with them!!

K and Granny during one of many craft projects!

Granny Smith has a Passion for sewing with a capitol P! She always seems to amaze me with her God given talents in this area. Her latest work of art was a weighted vest for Landon made out of Jared's old flight suit...patches in all! Granny did a lot of research on Apraxia and discovered the benefits of weighted vests for children like Landon. He uses it mainly at speech therapy due to its ability to give the sensory input that Landon craves. It is AWESOME!

 Cheers to a wonderful visit!

We love you guys!
