and most of all

Church today was awe inspiring! Christmas is here and the hustle and bustle is about to begin. We are so fortunate and blessed as Americans to celebrate this amazing time of year. However, there are so many who spend this time in need, despair, and without hope. Instead on focusing on the material THINGS (because that's really what they are) what if we came together to give people clean water, hope, and love. Christmas IS about giving and it's IN the giving that we receive!

The story of Christ's birth is a story of promise, hope, and a revolutionary love.

What a wonderful idea! I know many people who have been reflecting lately the true meaning of Christmas and really making an effort to spend less and be more thankful.....
thanks Sam for reminding us!:)

What an awesome concept. I've been thinking about this a lot this year. Wanting to set the stage, so to speak, for how Carter will grow up viewing Christmas. Wanting it to be a fun/enchanting time, but also something that holds value and meaning, not just an explosion of new toys. Thanks so much for sharing this Sam. I know the time is near for Jared to leave...I hope this week is full of smiles and fun memories and that you are able to enjoy every moment you have together, I'm thinking about y'all!
