In His hands

This past weekend has brought Jared and I to our knees.

Our little Landon has had three grand mal seizures over the course of three days - they have all been in his sleep. His precious body has endured so much in such a short time. We are left with no answers; however, we are trusting that God will continue to lead us down the right path. We are going to the hospital tonight in hopes that an EEG can detect why this is happening and what we can do to treat his seizures effectively. Please pray for the doctors that surround us and for ultimate healing. Thank you to all of our friends and family for the support and love you have shown...we are blessed!

"You have allowed me to suffer much hardship, but you will restore me to life again and lift me up from the depths of the earth. You will restore me to even greater honor and comfort me once again."
Psalm 70:20-21

Sam,
I left a comment on Meghan's post about Landon, but thought I would come to your blog as well to offer up my thoughts and prayers. I hope you will find an answer to what is happening to your sweet little Landon as well as the strength to endure this hard time. You are such a wonderful family and I pray that things will get better.

I'm praying constantly. I'm always here for you and love you all so much! Please, if there is ANYTHING I can do let me know. If you need me in DC I'll take the next flight out. I'm so sad this is happening! I do feel that the power of prayer and optimism will work!

Hi Sam--I am another Anderson friend. We met briefly at Keira's baptism last year. I saw Megs's blog post about Landon and just wanted to let you know that your family has been in my thoughts and prayers. I hope that you soon have some answers. I've been praying that you have the strength to get through this challenging time.
